September-1-2010 Morning Notes - S&P futures up about 14 handles from FV - Strength in overseas mkts due to positive data out from both Asia and Europe - Namely, Chinese manufacturing data out this morning beat expectations - Australian GDP, which came in stronger than expected, is helping boost the mkts as well - Shanghai Composite down small, however- speculation that tighter policy around real estate may be put in place - Japanese yen still hovering near 15-year highs - August ADP Employment Change: -10K vs. 13K - Prior ADP Employment Change revised to 37K from 42K - Futures pulled in slightly after ADP data, but have since recovered - Weakness seen in dollar this AM - Other data of importance today: ISM Manufacturing and July Construction Spending at 10a; Vehicle Sales throughout the day Visit HedgeFundLIVE.com.
